Resident requests for any repairs can be made by calling (203) 888-4579. If you call outside of normal business hours, you may need to leave a voicemail message which will be forwarded to our staff. When leaving a message, please be sure to clearly state your name, address, the nature of your call, and a phone number where you can be reached.
Maintenance emergencies are normally addressed within 24 hours. Non-emergency maintenance requests are normally addressed within seven business days.Housing Authority Policies
